COVID -19 Corona Virus Disease, and the number 19 denotes the year it was discovered. COVID 19, or the virus, is highly transmittable. It has no cure, or treatment. It started in China and was transmitted worldwide, by travel of infected persons. It is a particularly aggressive virus that attacks the lungs. In two weeks, it went from an epidemic in China to a worldwide pandemic. The pandemic started in China, and Italy, then infected Spain, and the United States. The states of New York, and Washington were hit hard in the beginning around the beginning of March 2020. President Donald Trump immediately took steps to control the spread of the Virus. In the beginning he restricted travel from China and Europe. Then toward the end of March 2020, he recommended and most governors in the United States enacted Center of Disease Control Social distancing protocol.
