Romney

Gotta love that Mitt Romney. He takes his parting shots at the Republican Party. We had better listen to him, he is speaking a truth that no one wants to hear but is happening right before our face. We are at a crossroads in politics like we haven't seen in over 50 years. The mantle of leadership is being passed from one generation to another. The future leaders are going to be younger, and more concerned with the future, rather than the past. The leadership is changing from too old Baby Boomers, and middle aged Gen X'ers, to younger millennials, and Gen Y. 2024, will be the last hurrah for politicians like Feinstein, McConnell, Trump, RFK Jr, and Biden. Romney was correct, the Republican Party needs to get out the youth vote. Same with the Democrats. Whether the Trumplicns in that wing of the party like it or not, voters are going to care less about 2020 than 2025 and be...

Rich Men North of Richmond

  You can't help anyone move forward if they can't get out of their own way. Those Appalachian states get more money from the government than they pay in taxes. Why not use that money to retrain people to do a job with more of a 20-year life expectancy. Maybe then there won't be so many "people dying i the street." He needs to look at himself, and the poor, and put some of the blame on them, before he goes blaming others. Look in the mirror, then out the window.  Too bad for the firefighters. They get what they get. They made their bed, time to sleep. That is what happens when you get involved in politics.
