The High Road

You may be correct, but when Trump calls Mexican illegals, rapists, and Biden scum, there is no other recourse, but to get down on his level. The high road is great, but it is not where the rhetoric is. The trick is to get a point across on his level, whether it is down the high road, or the gutter, and to retain the ideals of the high road. While I sometimes delve into the gutter, it at no time diminishes my message. My message is a coherent one, that transcends good or bad dissemination. My use of pejoratives to describe people, is an example of my utter disdain for the individuals, mentioned. God's Law v. Man's Law

The two most perfectly written texts are the Holy Bible, and the U.S. Constitution, it is in the application of them that they become prostituted. Clergy should be held to the same standard as doctors. Doctors, either the head kind or the body kind, must report to investigating authorities if someone confesses having committed a crime. Same with a lawyer client privilege. All laws, God's and man's included, have exceptions to them. Clergy shouldn't be exempt from that. That being said, the bar for bringing charges from clergy should be higher than other laws. How can a priest, who is sworn to uphold the cannons of Almighty God, Jesus Christ, and the church, sit back and permit a child to be abused in violation of both man's law, and God's law. Both the laws have mercy as a foundational means to justice as an end. There needs to be equitability in the clergy parishioner privilege, along the same as an attorney client privilege.
