Missouri Shooting
Here is how it is going to lay out for the policeman. If it proven that the police officer shot the young man after no confrontation. If the officer just shot him for whatever reason, then the officer is guilty, and should go to jail. If it proven that the young man tried to get the officers gun, and was fought off and the young man ran, and was shot then the officer made a mistake and id guilty. If the young man tried to take the officers gun was fought off ran, and turned and ran BACK toward the officer then the officer is in reasonable fear for his life, because the young man could be coming for the gun again. If that is the case then the officer is justified in shooting him. Nothing else natters, not him going to college, stealing cigars, either's home life. The only thing that matters is whether he scuffled, ran and then ran back at the officer. Anything short of that then the officer is guilty, not of a hate crime, or murder, but he is guilty of making a mistake.
