  s   s   Strive to stay ahead of schedule
  s   s   Don’t waste time
  s   s   If you are the boss, give guidance, direction, and most important decisive answers to questions
  s   s   Make sure people know where to go and get answers.
  s   s   Beware of office politicians
  s   s   If you want to choose someone for a difficult job, pick one who has thought out the problem or is capable of doing so quickly
  s   s   Do unto others as you would have them do unto you
  s   s   A great many people believe they are thinking, when they are rearranging their prejudices. Beware of these
  s   s   Respect the specialists, those who are masters of a particular phase of an operation, but be wary of allowing them to make big decisions
  s   s   Avoid lengthy committee meetings.
  s   s   Avoid paralysis by analysis
  s   s   Plan ahead.
