COVID -19 Corona Virus Disease, and the number 19 denotes the year it was discovered. COVID 19, or the virus, is highly transmittable. It has no cure, or treatment. It started in China and was transmitted worldwide, by travel of infected persons. It is a particularly aggressive virus that attacks the lungs. In two weeks, it went from an epidemic in China to a worldwide pandemic. The pandemic started in China, and Italy, then infected Spain, and the United States. The states of New York, and Washington were hit hard in the beginning around the beginning of March 2020. President Donald Trump immediately took steps to control the spread of the Virus. In the beginning he restricted travel from China and Europe. Then toward the end of March 2020, he recommended and most governors in the United States enacted Center of Disease Control Social distancing protocol.  U.S. House of Representatives (House)  has forwarded two Articles of Impeachment against President of the U.S. Donald Trump (President) . The U.S. Senate will start the trial shortly. The Abuse of Power is a valid Article. The other one, Obstruction of Congress, may not be valid.  Here we have a quandary. The House has the sole power of Impeachment, then how are they to do their Constitutionally mandated duty of keeping the a check on the power of the President, if the President refuses. The House can't compel the Executive Branch to do anything they don't want to do. There is a Separation of Powers Issue. Then the House would have to go to the the other branch of the government for relief. That would be the Supreme Court (SCOTUS). The Executive Branch retains the authority to operate without interference from other branches. Except that what  is Constitutionally enumerated. So not a honoring  subpoena could be construed as the Executive Branch exercising it's ...

I wasn't good with impeachment on the Mueller Report, just a censure. But when he pulled this Ukraine deal, I see it as another instance in a pattern of violating the Constitution. Any one instance by itself is not impeachable, but put together, is a pattern of bad behavior, that has to be impeached, to show later Presidents that that behavior is a no no. His continued flaunting of the Constitution, the rule of law, and general rule of common human decency, is a violation of his oath of office, whhich in turn is a high crime and misdemeanor. There can be no worse violation of the Constitution then a President violating his oath of office. That goes to our core rule of law ,and our Constitution.

These millennial, who eat tide pods, have to have safe spaces, have to beg instructors in college to give them more time on assignments because the education (that they are paying for I might add) is interfering with their activism. I f you have a child that breaks the rules, do you just let them do it because you as a parent don't want the child upset, or it is an inconvenience to you? No, you discipline the child in order to make the child understand that there are consequences for their behavior, and that those consequences good or bad, are up to the child. Do you punish the child with a spanking for every little infraction? No you let the punishment fit the crime. same with this here. Trump has committed the one major infraction for which he needs to be punished; and that is his willful, and or ignorant dismissal of the enumerated, and the spirit of our Constitution, and its place in our government, and our society.
