A Couple of Thoughts
A couple of thoughts one on this Russia interfering on our election. It seems to me that by just looking like they did, whether they actually did or not, they are in fact influencing an election, or at the very least our politics. The Trump family in their vast political naivete, are contributing to it. If it comes out that they didn't collude. That is not what will get them in the end. It will be what they did and said subsequent to the non crime that will be unlawful. Trump and his lawyers can scream that nothing happened or that the meeting was legal, but the fact that they lied to the FBI about the legal meetings is what is illegal. And as for Jr, the face that the lady identified herself, as a foreign agent, that she had information on Hillary, and wanted to gve it to him is collusion with a foreign agent, no mater if information was passed or not. Meerily taking the meeting is collusion. Whether it is a crime or treason is about 50/50. Jr. is the dumbest person on a political campaign since McGovern. So back to my point, the Russians don't need to mess with us any more that spreading misinformation, and misdirection to disrupt out political system. They do that to put us into politically disarray. They seem to be succeeding. Trump has to worry more about invistigations than governing. Then again I never thought he could govern, he might be abole to manage, but not govern. Also, this "witch hunt" is no where near the biggest in history. because it has only been 6 months, Hillary has had her life taken apart for the last 25 years. Welcome to politics Donny, quit whining. Now this Minneapolis thing. I have the utmost respect for the law and law enforcement officers. I will defedn them to the end, because I understand they have a difficult job. But this deal in Minneapolis, leaves me with questions. Like why wasn't the dash cam on? Why wasn't the body cam on? Why did the passenger shoot across the car with his partner in the line of fire. Did both have their guns out sitting in a patrol car? If so why weren't they out of the car if there was a danger enough to unholster their weapons? The one said they heard a noise, so why didn't the one closer to the noise shoot also? Something doesn't jive here. I wasn't there, so I am not casting stones yet. But there are common sense questions that need to be asked. Let us not rush to judge the officers, but let us not absolve them of culpability, whether it was accidental or intentional. Something just doesn't feel right, and I haven"t figured it out yet. Have a nice day everyone.
