Abortion

don't have a dog in the Roe fight, and I believe that it was wrongly decided, because there is no right to privacy enumerated in the Constitution. That being said, there is also no provision in any Constitution, that tells a woman what to do with her body. That is not the governments. The rights main objection to abortion is that a viable life starts at conception. That is a biblical determination, not a scientific one, and if an atheist wants to have an abortion, then the government, state or otherwise can't ban an enumerated right. It can restrict, that right, but not so much as to de facto ban it. I just don't see in the Constitution where is enumerates either the right to privacy, or the right of the government to govern what is done to one's body.

And just for clarification, I personally do not believe in abortion. There are too many ways to keep from getting pregnant in the first place, I beleive it is extremly irresponsible. lf one wishes to engage in sexual behavior. they need to be responsible about it and tke measures so as not to get pregnant. I care less who does what with whom, as long as it is consensual. As a citizen, I don't want to be confronted with saving the life of my wife or child in the case of a problem. My wife and I made a decision, that I would choose her. If there are restrictive abortion laws, based on morality, not my morality, but morality, that make me have to choose the child, then MY and MY WIFES right have been violated. Where does it stop? This is a slippery slope, With the overturning of Roe, we have started down that slope, and nothing good will come of it. The other intended consequence is that no precedent is sacred anymore, and all SCOTUS rulings, and precedents will be subject to review, based soley on political grounds as Roe has. Make no mistake, this is a political decision by a SCOTUS, that is full of liars, and Justices with ethical problems. This is not a court that judges by the merits of the law, but by the political climate. But Gorsuch, Kavanaigh, and the Catholic lady from Notre Dame are all liars and hypocrites, if they vote to overturn, after sayin they wouldn't to get confirmed. Supreme Court Justices should be more honest than th
