Jurisprudence and Bias.
There is a political bias on both sides. Some jurists are conservative, some are liberal, and some are in the middle. This comes from the basic flaw in the law; interpretation. The law is interpretated by humans, and we are all biased by our very nature. The Holy Bible, and the United States Constitution are both perfectly written. Both become prostituted, and compromised when interpreted by humans
